1. REFUNDS
- I am able to decline any commissions that may be too much for me.
- I am able to cancel and refund a commission at any time, although unlikely.
- You may cancel before payment is made.
- Refunds are not available unless I am unable to complete the Commission; which in this case, you will receive full refund in a turn around of a week.2. COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
- use the artwork for personal purposes only (Unless commercial rights are purchased).
- Print or use the art in merch FOR YOURSELF.
- Post it on social medias, as long as there are credits leading back to one of my platform (or a simple @shellyfish).
- ask that I do not post your art on my social medias. (no fee, just ask and I'll understand !)you may NOT:
- Use the artwork commercially WITHOUT permission.
- Claim the artwork as your own, fail to credit.
- Resell or redistribute the artwork.
- Modify the artwork without prior consent.
- Feed the artwork, or any type of my art in that matter, to train AI or use as NFT.3. BLACKLIST POLICY
- Breaking these rules may result in a permanent private blacklist.
- The blacklist may be shared with other artists (with evidence).4. FINAL AGREEMENT
- You are 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on your behalf.
- By commissioning me, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
